SOFT WASHING
Soft washing is a safe way to clean the outside of your home using low water pressure and special cleaning solutions. It gently removes mold, mildew, moss, dirt, and bacteria without damaging surfaces.
The cleaning mix includes:

Sodium Hypochlorite – kills mold and germs

Soap (Surfactant) – loosens dirt and grime

Water – dilutes the mix to make it safe
This method is perfect for fragile surfaces like exterior walls and roofs that could be damaged by high-pressure washing.
We use our ground equipment or drone to apply the soft wash mix, then rinse everything with water. This gives a deep, long-lasting clean without harming your home.
ROOF BIOCIDE TREATMENT
Once our non-corrosive chemicals are applied, any lichen, algae and mould will
die within a week or two, then weather away naturally over the next 3-12 months.

WINDOW WASHING
We use drones and Water Fed Poles to safely clean windows on low to medium rise buildings — no lifts, or scaffolding needed.
We use de-ionised water (free of minerals and breaking the hardness of our local water) for a streak-free, sparkling finish. Our method is more like a car wash than a traditional squeegee clean. We apply soap, scrub with a Water Fed Pole, and rinse for a clear, sparkling look.
